The image below is a work-in-progress that shows the placement of the high-voltage transmission towers as described in Appendix F (pdf) of Final Environmental Impact Statement. This document was the first map released that showed specific placement of towers.

This image is missing the road scars, terracing, and platforms that will accompany construction of these towers, but it shows the size and location of the towers as seen from the park at the north end of Palomar Rd.

The picture was produced by tracing the map from the FEIS onto a 3d model, as shown here:
