The following picture was created to highlight the negative aspects of the LEAPS project. It poses a challenge to find the deliberate error, which of course is the portrayal of the power plant. The LEAPS power plant may use energy from coal-burning plants (as confirmed by the CEOB report), but it does not emit any smoke as shown here.

Since the creation of this illustration, one negative feature has been removed. Three miles of the transmission line may be buried as to minimize the hazard to hang gliders. The picture below shows the new route of the tranmission lines. The picture is built in a 3D computer program.

We will be publishing views of the transmission lines as seen from points in our community.
